Welcome to UpromessMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Dreamlore LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the UpromessMe platform at www.upromessme.com. By creating an account or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use UpromessMe. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this age requirement.
To access UpromessMe's features, you must create a user account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@upromessme.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
UpromessMe is a date-planning and relationship-enrichment platform that provides couples with tools to plan dates, explore places, communicate through in-app messaging, manage shared calendars, preserve memories, and engage with a community gallery. All features are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
UpromessMe allows you to pair your account with a partner using a unique invite code. By pairing, you consent to share date plans, calendar events, chat messages, and memories with your paired partner. Either partner may unpair at any time through account settings. Unpairing removes the connection but does not automatically delete previously shared content.
You agree to use UpromessMe in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to UpromessMe, including photos, text, date plans, and reviews ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Dreamlore LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the UpromessMe platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with or saved by other users.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
The Community Gallery allows users to share photos and interact through likes, comments, and follows. Content posted to the gallery with "public" visibility is accessible to all registered users. You acknowledge that public gallery posts may be viewed, liked, and commented on by other users. You may change your post visibility or delete your posts at any time.
Your use of UpromessMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The UpromessMe name, logo, brand design, website layout, and all original content created by Dreamlore LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary materials without our prior written permission. The UpromessMe brand, including the "lo-n-e million" tagline and associated imagery, is the exclusive property of Dreamlore LLC.
UpromessMe may feature user-submitted places, restaurants, venues, and links to third-party websites. We do not operate, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any third-party establishment or service listed on the platform. Any interactions you have with third-party businesses are solely between you and that business. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of third-party services.
UpromessMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the success, quality, or outcome of any dates, relationships, or experiences planned through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamlore LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of UpromessMe, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dreamlore LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of UpromessMe after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of UpromessMe shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreamlore LLC regarding your use of UpromessMe and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
